These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CareerMatrix Ward website at cmward.com and the services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

CareerMatrix Ward provides international recruitment, migration strategy, visa processing and relocation services to Australian employers and candidates. Migration advice is provided only by Registered Migration Agents operating under the OMARA Code of Conduct.

2. Use of this website

  • You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful code.
  • Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute migration, legal or financial advice for your specific circumstances.

3. Services and engagements

Specific services are provided under separate written agreements that set out scope, fees and responsibilities. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement prevails. Visa outcomes are determined solely by the Department of Home Affairs; while we maintain exceptional success rates, no visa outcome can be guaranteed.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerMatrix Ward excludes all liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of the relevant services.
